Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan
ServerDeck offers a free plan with no time limit and no credit card required. There is nothing to refund on the free plan. You can use it indefinitely.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. This applies to your first payment on a new Pro subscription only.
To request a refund under the 30-day guarantee:
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- Briefly describe the reason for your request (optional but appreciated).
We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.
3. Renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable. If you forget to cancel before a renewal date and contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. Please email [email protected] promptly.
4. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions receive the same 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable — but you retain full access to the Pro plan until the end of your paid period.
5. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no penalties, no questions required:
- Log in to your ServerDeck account.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click "Manage Subscription" to open the Paddle customer portal.
- Select "Cancel Subscription".
Upon cancellation, your Pro subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account automatically downgrades to the free plan. Your data is retained — you just lose access to Pro features until you resubscribe.
6. What Happens to Your Data After Cancellation
Cancelling your Pro subscription does not delete your account or data. You will be downgraded to the free plan limits (5 servers, 3 users). Servers and data beyond those limits become read-only until you either upgrade again or remove the excess entries. You can request full account deletion at any time by contacting us.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Renewal payments requested more than 48 hours after the charge.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial months — billing is per full billing cycle.
- Requests made after the 30-day new subscriber window on first purchases.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension. We are always happy to resolve billing issues quickly — email us at [email protected].
